Code and derived results for Linkage disequilibrium reshapes inferred genetic sharing of height and ADHD

Analysis code, M14 common-SNP LD-matrix and marker-set decomposition outputs, M15 fixed-lead FinnGen outputs, aggregate derived results, figure source data, final figures, final tables, diagnostics, provenance, and integrity manifests accompanying a four-region post hoc workflow-sensitivity audit. Complete third-party GWAS, genotype, LD-source, variant-level aligned, and functional-genomics source files are not redistributed, and fitted objects are not claimed. FinnGen fixed-lead effects were directionally concordant but imprecise and inconclusive. The archive does not support robust pleiotropy, a replicated shared variant, NPAS3 as a causal target, or a developmental cross-organ mechanism.
