Single cell RNAseq and CiteSeq dataset from peritoneal metastasis and primary colorectal cancer patient samples

This dataset is mainly analyzed in the publication "Single-cell transcriptomic analysis identifies tissue-specific fibroblasts as the main modulators of myeloid cells in peritoneal metastasis of different origin" (PMID: 40154914). It is also part of the publication "Colorectal cancer peritoneal metastasis is promoted by tissue-specific fibroblasts that can arise in response to various local disorders" (PMID: 40228602). Datafiles: barcodes, features, expression matrix and metadata from the RNA and CiteSeq (ADT) assays.
