The dose of 0.33 mg/kg amanitin was selected to evaluate the kidney effect in 1-14d after exposure. Three to five ICR male mice were sacrificed at 1d (n=5), 2d (n=3), 3d (n=4), 4d (n=4), 7d (n=4), 14d (n=3) post exposure. Six control mice were sacrificed after vehicle treatment. In the time-effect study, the kidney transcriptome was conducted to explore mRNA changes from RNAP II inhibition and the underlying pathways in 1-14d after exposure.
