Experimental and Figure Data for Silicon Nitride Nanophotonic Cryogenic Interface to Cuprous Oxide Rydberg Excitons

This dataset contains the experimental and processed spectral data supporting the manuscript Silicon Nitride Nanophotonic Cryogenic Interface to Cuprous Oxide Rydberg Excitons. The archive includes the numerical data used to generate manuscript Figures 2b and 3a–3b, as well as Supplementary Figures S3 and S4. These datasets comprise measured and fitted photoluminescence spectra, polarization-resolved excitonic intensities, and polarization-contrast measurements. The dataset also includes original, untreated photoluminescence spectra acquired for island (cI) and grating/waveguide (cG1) collection configurations.
