Fungal communities of soils from alpine and subalpine plants

To assess the contribution of plant species to recruitment of soil fungi, we have characterised fungal communities from soils outside and inside the cushion plant Silene acaulis. We have also compared soil fungal communities of the keystone plants Carex curvula and Nardus stricta at a biogeographic level.
