Data underlying chapter 5 of PhD thesis: Bacterial chromosome organization by ParB proteins

This dataset contains output files form the analysis involved in the Chapter 5. The raw data is outputed as .hdf5 files and .csv/.xlsx files that contain current molecules with their location and described behaviour. The objective was to output a readable files that links to the raw and processed datasets. Plots for the figures and the paper were created from these files.

本数据集涵盖第5章相关分析所产出的全部输出文件。原始数据以.hdf5格式文件与.csv/.xlsx格式文件形式输出，此类文件包含当前分子的位置信息及已表征的行为特征。本数据集的构建目标为生成便于查阅的关联文件，以实现原始数据集与经处理数据集的对接。本文插图及学术论文所用的绘图数据均源自上述文件。
