This dataset is the supplementary computational material for the paper "A table of genus two handlebody-knots with seven crossings" (arXiv:2511.12194). It contains the D1-D3 candidate lists, machine-checkable equivalence proofs between planar diagram encodings of handlebody-knots, associated diagrams and invariants, and additional data used to construct D2 and D3. A standalone Python checker verifies the equivalence proofs using generalized Reidemeister moves I-V and the IH-move.
