(RI). - Caption in the album: "Akuamoa, King of Okwawu. He is a slim young man about 30 years of age and has been King only for four years. He is friendly to the missionaries and this not least because he has received much help from them. He sits under his silk state umbrella, clothed in a silken cloth, arms and hands richly decorated with gold ornaments. Even his sandals are covered with gold and silver. His tobacco pipes are also decorated with silver rings." - The French caption calls Kwahu "cette province achantie". (PJ 07.1998).
