Meteorological dekadal bulletin is a comprehensive report on meteorological conditions over each dekad (10-day period). It compiles in-situ meteorological observation data from the current dekad and weather forecasts for the upcoming ten days, covering dekadal mean air temperature, total number of rainy days within the dekad, total rainfall during the dekad, sunshine duration, and effective accumulated temperature above 10℃.
