This dataset contains information on default payments, demographic factors, credit data, history of payment, and bill statements of credit card clients in Taiwan from April 2005 to September 2005. There are 25 variables, including ID, credit limit, gender, education, marital status, age, repayment status for six months, bill amounts for six months, previous payment amounts for six months, and a binary indicator for default payment next month. The dataset is intended for exploring how the probability of default payment varies by categories of different demographic variables and identifying the strongest predictors of default payment.
