资源简介:
The Fast Steering Mirror (FSM) is an active optical element of the Coronagraph Instrument (CGI). It has been integrated into the Roman Space Telescope (RST). The FSM operates in conjunction with several active optical assemblies, including a focus-control mirror, two deformable mirrors, and six precision alignment mechanisms that move masks and apertures into the optical path, Reference 8, Figure 1. The FSM is designed to be commanded from a controller card, Low Order Wave Front Sensing (LOWFS) to remove both low-order and also high-order wave front aberrations. This paper will discus the design and Level 5, verification of the FSM assembly.
