Soil CO2 fluxes at SMEAR II Hyytiälä

This dataset contans forest floor CO2 fluxes measured in 2009-2020 at SMEAR II station, Hyytiälä, Juupajoki, Finland. The fluxes were measured with 2-4 automatic non-steady-state soil chambers. See info.pdf for chamber details and data_readme.txt for the documentation of data files. All chamber-wise data are included in zip archive results_all.zip, cleaned and aggregated data measured at night or with dark chambers in results_dark_cleaned.zip.
