"Knowledge Base of Food Safety Testing Methods" is a next-generation methodological knowledge service product developed by China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). Guided by the strategic requirements of "strictly supervising food safety, improving the food safety inspection and testing system, and strengthening food safety risk monitoring", this product takes "testing methods" as its core and follows a problem-oriented approach, aiming to help food testing technicians and research users efficiently acquire testing methods. Through authoritative knowledge system sorting, precise content mining and indexing, as well as scientific evaluation, ranking and recommendation, it has built a complete, systematic, convenient and efficient query system for food safety testing methods serving relevant users in the food industry.
