Renal cell carcinoma sequencing of tumor and paired non-tumor tissue

Our aim was to sequence transcriptome of renal tumor parenchyma and adjacent non-tumor renal tissue in patients with renal cell carcinoma and to compare lncRNA expression in tumor vs. non-tumor tissue and in tumor tissue or patients who experienced early relapse after nephrectomy (up to 25 months after the surgery) vs. patients with late or no relapse (relapse-free survival longer than 50 months).
