Cell suspensions were prepared from lungs dissociated at baseline, at 14 days, and at 28 days after injury. Cells (siglecF+CD11C+ and MHCII-high or -low) were isolated with FACS. RNA-seq was performed with sorted cells. Overall design: RNAseq was performed on siglecF+, CD11c+ and MHCII high or low cells isolated from bleomycine-treated and control mouse lungs.
