Underlying data for: The Arabidopsis thaliana TRAPPIII subunit AtTRAPPC8/AtTRS85 is involved in ER functions and autophagy

TRAPP (transport protein particle) tethering complexes are known for their function as Rab-GTPase exchange factors (GEFs). Here, we present data collected to characterize two Arabidopsis thaliana lines with mutations in TRAPPC8, a subunit of the TRAPPIII complex.
