Afrotropical frugivory interaction data used in Kampe et al. (2026). The dataset combines the Durand-Bessart et al. (2023) database with 32 additional literature sources identified via Google Scholar, comprising 10,635 records spanning 5,938 unique pairwise frugivory interactions involving 267 frugivore species and 958 plant species across at least 327 sites in Afrotropical forests. Taxonomic identities have been anonymized due to data sharing restrictions. See Kampe et al. (2026) and and associated Supplementary Materials for full details on data compilation and metadata."
