Fungal community sequencing of Solanum tuberosum-associated samples

Study purpose: This project focuses on analyzing the composition, diversity, and ecological roles of fungal communities associated with Solanum tuberosum (potato), including samples from potato tissues (e.g., rhizosphere, tuber) under different environmental conditions.Data type: ITS rRNA gene sequencing data (paired-end) generated via the Illumina platform, covering raw sequence files of potato-associated fungal samples.Methods: Sample collection -> Fungal DNA extraction -> PCR amplification of ITS rRNA region -> High-throughput sequencing -> Bioinformatic analysis (taxonomic annotation, diversity assessment).Significance: The dataset provides insights into potato-associated fungal communities, supporting research on potato health, disease control, and agricultural management strategies.
