Rhythmic gene expression profile of leaf in four rice varieties (Oryza sativa subsp. indica var. MingHui 63 and ZhenShan 97; Oryza sativa subsp. japonica var.Zhonghua 11 and DJ). The rice plants were grown 2 months in an open greenhouse under natural conditions until the summer solstice at Huazhong Agricultural University, Wuhan, China. Samples were collected every 4 hr in 2 days from 08:00 on June 20, 2016 to 04:00 on June 22, 2016. Matured leaves were harvested from three individual plants per accession.
