To identify novel target genes regulated by LEF1 transcription factor in T-ALL, we examined changes in the genome-wide gene expression profile by microarray in siRNA mediated LEF1 knockdown Jurkat cells. We used microarray to determine the differential gene expression in LEF downregulated Jurkat cells by LEF1 siRNA. LEF1 expression downregulated in Jurkat cells using siRNA. Non-targetting siRNA transfected cells used as a control. RNA extracted 24 hours after transfection.
