U.S. Coast Guard / EPA Federal On-Scene Coordinators Jurisdiction Line for Inland Waters

This data layer was created by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Region 4 office to spatially represent the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the EPA and the U.S. Coast Guard's 5th, 6th & 7th Districts. The portions of this layer in Florida were developed by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Research Institute (FWRI) for the U.S. Coast Guard.
