P7 is an isolate from a study of fish farms, from the Oncorhynchusmykiss in Kayseri, Central Anatolia, Turkey (2013).Medium growth is tryptic soy agar or blood agar, 28 ºC, 24 to 48 hours. Belonged to the genus Pseudomonas by the 16S rRNA nucleotide sequencing. The RNA polymerase sigma factor gene, rpoD, analysis located these strains on the Pseudomonas fluorescens Group, P. fluorescens subgroup close to the cluster composed by P. grimonti, P marginalis and P. panacis
