Whole-genome sequencing on PacBio of a diploid zebrafish individual of the Tuebingen strain. The results will be used by the GRC for evaluation against the existing reference genome and for a mixed PacBio/Illumina WGS assembly, resulting in an assembly update (GRCz11).
