Quality control and mating performance of irradiated Glossina palpalis gambiensis males

Experimental data and script for statistical analyses related to the paper entitled "Quality control and mating performance of irradiated Glossina palpalis gambiensis males". These data have been collected at the CIRDES mass rearing insectary between January and June 2018. The study investigated 1) the quality control of irradiated male pupae (emergence rate, flight ability and survival under starvation), 2) the insemination capacity of irradiated male G. p. gambiensis, 3) the females induced sterility levels mated with irradiated male G. p. gambiensis and 4) the males mating performance in walk-in field cage .
