This field experiment was conducted in a jasmine (Jasminum sambac) plantation in Fuzhou, and set up three treatments: control, straw and biochar. We analyzed the diversity and composition of bacterial community, in order to provide scientific theoretical bases for soil fertilizer formulation and improvement in this region
