Caenorhabditis elegans transcriptomes of an oma-1 RRR to AAA mutant compared to controls

This work describes the gene expression changes observed in C. elegans when the oma-1 gene harbors a RRR to AAA mutation in an arginine rich patch upstream from the tandem zinc finger domain. The data includes samples for measurements of genotype matched control, as well as samples that were collected in the presence and absence of oma-2 depletion using the auxin-induced degron system.
