CKD Patients clinical History

This dataset contains anonymized retrospective clinical records related to chronic kidney disease (CKD). Each record corresponds to a single patient visit and includes demographic attributes, renal function biomarkers (serum creatinine, eGFR), electrolyte measurements (sodium, potassium), blood pressure parameters, comorbidity indicators (diabetes, CLD, CVD), and a CKD severity stage label. Naturally occurring missing laboratory values are preserved and represented using binary missingness flags rather than imputation. All identifiable information was removed prior to dataset creation, and the data was collected under institutional ethics approval with informed consent.
