资源简介:
Salsola sinkiangensis belongs to the family Amaranthaceae. In this study, we determined the complete chloroplast genome sequence of S. sinkiangensis and its phylogenetic relationships with other species. The compete chloroplast genome of S. sinkiangensis is 152, 621 bp in length. Circular in structure, and has four regions including a large single-copy (LSC) region of 84, 011 bp, a small single-copy (SSC) region of 18, 630 bp, and two inverted repeat (IR) regions of 24, 990 bp. The GC content of the genome is 36.6 %, and those of LSC, SSC, and IR regions are 34.6%, 29.4%, and 42.7 %. The genome encodes 133 unique genes, including 88 protein-coding genes, 37 tRNA genes, and eight rRNA genes. Phylogenomic analysis reveals that S. sinkiangensis is most closely related to S. collina. This study contributes to better understanding of phylogenetic relationships of genus Salsola.
