The daily SPI raster datasets of high spatial resolution in different timescales over China from 1979 to 2018 were developed based on the China Meteorological Forcing Dataset. It has a spatial resolution of 0.1° × 0.1°, a temporal resolution of 1-day, and the timescales of 30-, 90-, and 360-day. All data are in NetCDF format.
