Fungal Hyphae as Distributed Hygroscopic Vapor Sinks

Analysis code, processed data, and raw microscopy data for: Fungal Hyphae as Distributed Hygroscopic Vapor Sinks (Lin, Feng, Khan, Park & Jung, Nature Communications, 2025). Contains 32 per-trial zip archives with raw microscopy images (JPG/TIF), Cellpose segmentation masks (NPY), and calibration metadata (JSON) for hydrogel calibration (20 trials: 5 agar, 5 NaCl 0.5:1, 5 NaCl 1:1, 5 NaCl 2:1), fungal colony experiments (12 of 15 trials: Aspergillus, Rhizopus, Mucor), plus the complete analysis code repository. Three fungal trials (Green.3, black.4, black.5) have processed CSV data in the code archive but raw segmentation masks are not available. Note: internal directory names in trial zips may differ from the zip filename due to lab naming conventions; the calibration.json in each zip matches the analysis pipeline. Processed CSVs sufficient to reproduce all figures are included in the code archive (fungal-condensation-code.zip).
