The purpose of this study is to construct a cartilage targeted herbal hydrogel delivery system to achieve BRD4 degradation by delivering BRD4 PROTAC, thereby inhibiting Nav1.7 transcriptional activation induced by BRD4 dependent histone acetylation to alleviate cartilage degradation and osteoarthritis process.
