This series comprises signed minutes of meetings of the Boards of Directors of MetNorth Energy and EnergyAustralia, dating from the MetNorth Board's inaugural meeting of 25 October 1995.MetNorth Energy became EnergyAustralia in March 1996 and the first meeting held under this name was on the 21st of that month. There is a duplicate volume of EnergyAustralia's 1996 meetings, which contains photocopies of the original signed minutes. Both EnergyAustralia's 1996 volumes have copies of the two MetNorth meetings for that year inserted in the front.The two MetNorth volumes contain alphabetical indexes to the minutes while the index in each EnergyAustralia volume is more a detailed table of contents.
