CERP Central Everglades Planning Project - Tree Island Monitoring in WCA3B

The overall, long-term objectives of this project are to (1) establish tree islands current forest structure conditions (at Baseline and Post-Construction Monitoring events) within Central Everglades Planning Project (CEPP) South; and (2) to quantify the overall health of tree islands and use this quantification to monitor the performance of CEPP. The main study objective is to conduct baseline monitoring of the vegetative structure, hydrologic regimes, elevation, and wildlife utilization of tree islands associated with the WCA-3B.
