D7.2 - Justification of Battery Module Structure

This document reports different calculations that have been done to assess the strength of an aeronautic casing of batteries:Chapter 2 identifies loads, safety factors and allowables considered for the strength assessment.Chapters 3 to 6 are devoted to different versions of the design that have been investigated.A final justification is provided in chapter 7. This chapter is actually meant to be included in another general report in which a single chapter contains stress justification. Therefore, chapter 7 repeats in a different format information already given in other parts of this document.
