Supplementary Data for the manuscript "Simplified, portable and cost-efficient airborne eDNA metabarcoding to expand tropical biodiversity assessments". This dataset contains curated OTU tables and information on sampling localities and mock community composition (see ReadMe sheet in the xlsx file). In addition, this dataset contains .STL files and associated technical drawings for 3D-printing to rebuild our aerial filter system as well as raw sequence reads (demultiplexed, forward and reverse merged Illumina paired-end sequences generated with V2 kits and quality filtered with the FastX toolkit [fastq_quality_filter -Q33 -q 30 -p 90]).
