MOM5.1 – TOPAZ model output for Lakshmi et al. (2020), “ Entrainment driven summer monsoon chlorophyll bloom off Somalia coast”. Monthly climatological data prepared from 17 years of interannual simulations used for the analysis are available. The data sets are seggregated as three different netcdf files , one consisting all the variables for Somali box, other for whole Arabian Sea and the third file consists all the surface variables used in this study. Also uploaded a text file which include the information of the transect used for the study. The details of the data are provided in a README file.
