Supporting code and datasets for Masteller et al., "Modeling memory in gravel-bed rivers: A flow history-dependent relation for evolving thresholds of motion" (in review at Earth Surface Dynamics). This repository contains three .csv files and three .zip files, which represent the input data, model output data, model performance statistics, and code used to produce results described in Masteller et al. (in review). This repository code was written to complete analysis outlined in Masteller et al. (in review). It has been modified from its original form to improve readibility and ease of implementation for general users. You may need to modify the code for your specific applications. You are responsible for inspecting the code and making adjustments as necessary.
