In vitro anti-viral efficacy of STP0404 against HIV-1NL4-3 and Raltegravir-resistant clinical isolates in human PBMCs.

Minimal therapeutic index values (TI) were calculated with 50% in vitro inhibitory concentration values (IC50) and 10 μM where no sign of cytotoxicity was observed during tissue culture cytotoxicity measurements (TC50) of all tested compounds in human PBMCs. Data are presented as means of triplicates with standard deviations from the means.
