Data required to run HhsFunctionalRankings workflow

These data are used in the workflow relating to the manuscript "Integrating Network-based Functional Enrichment with Genetic Association to Prioritize Causal Genes in Quantitative Trait Loci."

Two files are included here:HhsFunctionalPrioritizationData.tar.gzHhsFunctionalPrioritizationResults.tar.gz

The Data file contains all data used in the workflow. The Results file contains all final and intermediate results produced by the workflow.
These zipped files must be unzipped prior to running the workflow. They will create directories called "data" and "results" respectively. When placed in the workflow parent directory, they will be visible to the code in the workflow.
