Synthetic data

This dataset contains the synthetic seizure data used in the paper "<i>Identifying spatio-temporal seizure propagation patterns in epilepsy using Bayesian inference</i>"<b>source activity.txt </b>file contains the local field potential computed from a simulation of 5D Epileptor model<b>seeg.txt </b>file contains the SEEG time series obtained by projecting the simulated source activity to sensor space.<b>gain.txt </b>file contains the projection matrix from source to sensor space<b>connectome.txt </b>file contains the structural connectivity matrix

本数据集包含论文《利用贝叶斯推断识别癫痫的时空痫性发作传播模式（Identifying spatio-temporal seizure propagation patterns in epilepsy using Bayesian inference）》中使用的合成癫痫发作数据。source activity.txt文件包含从5维Epileptor模型的仿真中计算得到的局部场电位；seeg.txt文件包含将仿真源活动投影至传感器空间后得到的颅内立体脑电图（SEEG）时间序列；gain.txt文件包含从源空间到传感器空间的投影矩阵；connectome.txt文件包含结构连接矩阵。
