We request microscope time on ESRF CM01 and CM02 to support five complementary cryo-EM projects spanning microbial motility systems, membrane protein assemblies, enzymatic drug targets, ribosome–antibiotic complexes, and photosynthetic machinery evolution. Each project is at an advanced stage of preparation, with high-quality grids ready or in optimization, and aims for near-atomic resolution reconstructions to answer central mechanistic questions.
