It employs Strategy 2 to generate 29 pseudo-bulk groups based on cell types and experimental conditions. The dataset encompasses 16,035 total events, of which 11,545 events (72.0% of the total) possess at least one non-NA PSI value. Each event corresponds to a unique #event_id, while the remaining columns represent PSI values under distinct combinations of cell types and conditions—for example, the PSI values of B cells under high-fat diet (HFD) and normal diet (ND) conditions. These data can be used to analyze the changes of splicing events across different cell types and conditions, supporting bioinformatics research and RNA splicing analysis.
