RNA-sequencing analysis of cerebellar microglia from PBS or GCV treated WT or STING goldenticket mice with Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis (EAE). Overall design: Mice were induced with EAE and GCV treatment started on Day 3 after induction. Mice from each group were sacrificed and microglia isolated when PBS treated mice reached a score of 2 or more.
