Transcriptomic Analysis of Dermal Papilla Cells Co-cultured with Nanovesicles Under DHT Conditions

This project investigates the gene expression profiles of dermal papilla cells (DPCs) when co-cultured with nanovesicles (NVs) under different conditions related to androgenetic alopecia (AGA). The study explores three experimental groups: OE (DPCs co-cultured with HDAC1-overexpressing NVs and DHT), NC (DPCs co-cultured with NVs and DHT), and DHT (DPCs only with DHT). By comparing these groups, the study aims to uncover molecular mechanisms involved in hair follicle regulation and AGA pathogenesis, providing insights into potential therapeutic targets for alopecia treatment.
