Comprehensive Genome Analysis of Multidrug-Resistant Escherichia coli

This study focuses on the whole genome sequencing and comprehensive bioinformatic analysis of multidrug-resistant (MDR) Escherichia coli isolates recovered from clinical samples. The aim is to identify antimicrobial resistance genes, virulence factors, and mobile genetic elements, contributing to a better understanding of resistance mechanisms and potential public health risks associated with these pathogens.
