WOW-BE personal weather station network: raw data

Observations uploaded to WOW-BE by the owners of personal weather stations, mainly in Belgium and the Netherlands, published per month as gzip-compressed CSV files (observations_YYYY_MM_public.csv.gz, one row per observation). This is raw data, exactly as received, without any quality control. Read README.md before use: it describes the format, the columns and units, and the data quality issues to be aware of. New months are added as new versions. Please cite the DOI for all versions.
