OFC_IRF6_Case-Control_Kerala

The Genome analysis Data is taken from the Whole Exome Sequencing of 100 controls and 100 orofacial cleft cases from Kerala Population. The IRF6 Polymorphisms were extracted from the original WES files to Microsoft Excel sheets for analysis. Orofacial Cleft Subtypes and gender of the individuals participated in the study is included with the data.
