These volumes contain details of the tenders submitted to the Government for all types of contracts. Where there is only one tender the letter is generally copied and remarks on it as well as the results are noted at the bottom. Where there are a number of tenders, the significant details are set out in a table followed by comments, notes of further action, and the name of the successful tenderer.(4/1697-702). 6 vols.
