A macropinocytosis-associated six-gene programme links prognosis, immune remodelling and therapeutic vulnerability in colorectal cancer

Macropinocytosis supports tumour-cell adaptation to metabolic stress through extracellular nutrient uptake, but its clinical and immunological relevance in colorectal cancer (CRC) remains unclear. This study aimed to identify macropinocytosis-associated molecular programmes linked to prognosis, immune remodelling and therapeutic vulnerability in CRC.
