Resequencing data of peach fruit skin color

To precisely characterize the associated genes, we performed comprehensive research integrating bulked segregant analysis (BSA), fine mapping, transcriptome sequencing, and whole-genome re-sequencing using the first backcross generation (BC1) population. Gene function was validated using genetic transformation, subcellular localization, and promoter activity testing.
